Refund policy
Shipping:
All orders are shipped within 1 to 5 business days.
We can rush an order if requested but cannot guarantee it.
We ship by fast and reliable courier and shipping companies, and as soon as your labels are processed the tracking number will be sent to you. The approximate delivery times are as follows:
Ontario and Quebec: 1 - 4 business days.
Maritime, Manitoba, Saskatchewan: 3 - 6 business days.
Alberta and British Columbia: 4 - 8 business days.
You can also inform us if you need your order to be shipped after a certain date.
If for any reason there is a delay in shipping from our end, we will contact and inform you of updates as they come. If the updated shipping date is not to your satisfaction, you can cancel the order PRIOR to it being shipped and you will be refunded immediately, in full.
Once your order has been shipped, it is out of our hands. Delays from the shipping company are possible and we ask that you remain patient as we provide you with updates as we receive them. Items that get lost in shipping is our responsibility that we will take care of to ensure you receive your order.
Returns:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you wish to cancel an order or return the item after it has been shipped, you will be responsible for shipping cost & return shipping charges.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at living.giving@yahoo.ca. You will be responsible for shipping costs.
