Price Match:

We price match all items which are exactly similar, in Store, Online & even Special Offers.We will match or beat any advertised price in Canada for a product of the same brand, model, and finish as the item displayed on our website up to 14 days after your purchase date, so long as the product is available for purchase from an authorized dealer and is not a pricing error or clearance or promotional pricing. The advertised price is the total price quote from the retailer, which includes the price of the item plus shipping/delivery fees to your address. When matching prices of American dealers, we must include currency exchange, shipping, brokerage, and duties.

We do not price match closeouts and or liquidation items.

Please send us an email with the details & we will gladly price match.Although all price matches are subject to our approval, most requests are approved within 1 business day. Price match discounts cannot be combined with any other LNG promotional offers.

 

Pre-Order:

 There is no special process for pre-orders, order as you normally would, the only difference is, your pieces will not be shipped out immediately after the order, but once the stock arrives. Stock arrival dates are subject to change anytime, and we will inform customers about date changes as soon as they arrive to us. Please allow a week from the approximate date the stock arrives, as sometimes the process may take longer with our warehouse. If you order a pre-ordered product, you will receive periodic emails from us regarding updates of the stock, shipping, and any other relevant information about your order. Shipping:

All orders are shipped within 1 to 5 business days. 

We can rush order if requested but cannot guarantee it.

We ship by fast and reliable courier and shipping companies. Approx delivery times is as follows:

Ontario & Quebec: 1 - 3 business days. 

Maritime, Manitoba, Saskatchewan: 3 - 5 business days. 

Alberta & British Columbia: 3 - 6 business days. 

You can also inform us if you need your order to be shipped after a certain date.

To keep you informed of your shipment status, information at every step of the shipping process is provided to you by email and is always available by logging into your account. When you receive your tracking number, feel free to contact the shipping company and arrange for delivery at your earliest convenience.

If for any reason there is a delay in shipping, we will contact & inform you of a shipping date. If that shipping date is not to your satisfaction, you can cancel the order & will be refunded, immediately in full. 

Once the order is shipped out from our side, it is out of our hands. In the case that the shipping company experiences delayed shipment times or other issues, we ask you stay patient until the order arrives. If issues continue for an extended period of time we will certainly contact the shipping company to retrieve further information regarding the problem. 

Returns:

We want you to be completely satisfied with every item you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days (unassembled) full refund less the cost of shipping (which includes the shipping to the customer and the return shipping), or an exchange (except for special orders, clearance items). If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Nobody likes restocking fees and we do all we can to avoid them. Any opened merchandise that is returned with damaged, some missing, or unwrapped packaging will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fees. Refunds will be processed within 1 to 5 business days.

If you receive an open box or visible damage on the box, please make a note on the receiving bill and inform us immediately.

In a rare case if you find a defect or damaged product, DO NOT assemble. Let us know and we will replace the damaged part. When a damaged piece is found, the first action we take is to send out a new piece to replace the damaged one, unless stated otherwise by us. If you would like to return the entire product, but one piece is damaged, we will pay for the return shipping of the damaged piece, but the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping of the other piece(s). If you assemble the piece, it is possible we will not be able to replace/refund the item. 

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at living.giving@yahoo.ca. You will be responsible for shipping costs.

Sale items (if applicable):

For items on SALE, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for shipping and returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, both shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Warranty:

We are proud to sell quality products and we stand behind what we sell. All products sold by Living and Giving are covered by a 1 year limited warranty, unless stated otherwise in the product description. We will address any merchandise defects by sending replacement parts to you upon request. If the issue cannot be addressed with replacement parts, the product will be replaced. Should you wish to return the product instead, please refer to our return policy as stated above.
